제1조 목적 (Purpose)

본 약관은 OCR HTTP server 소개 웹사이트 및 macOS용 OCR HTTP server 애플리케이션과 관련하여, 이용자와 운영자 사이의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 서비스 이용조건, 기타 필요한 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, service conditions, and other necessary matters between users and the operator in relation to the OCR HTTP server promotional website and the OCR HTTP server application for macOS.

제2조 용어의 정의 (Definitions)

본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 의미는 다음과 같습니다.

The terms used in these Terms have the following meanings.

1. "사이트"란 OCR HTTP server 앱의 소개, 다운로드 안내, 문의, 공지사항 등을 제공하는 웹사이트를 말합니다.
2. "앱"이란 macOS 환경에서 동작하는 OCR HTTP server 애플리케이션을 말합니다.
3. "서비스"란 사이트 및 앱을 통해 제공되는 소개, 다운로드, 설치, 업데이트, 문의응대, 기술지원 등 관련 서비스를 말합니다.
4. "이용자"란 사이트에 접속하거나 앱을 다운로드, 설치 또는 사용하는 자를 말합니다.
5. "운영자"란 사이트 및 앱을 운영·배포하는 개인 개발자를 말합니다.

1. "Website" means the website that provides information, download guidance, inquiries, notices, and related content for the OCR HTTP server app.
2. "App" means the OCR HTTP server application that runs in a macOS environment.
3. "Service" means related services provided through the website and app, including introductions, downloads, installation, updates, inquiry responses, and technical support.
4. "User" means any person who accesses the website or downloads, installs, or uses the app.
5. "Operator" means the individual developer who operates and distributes the website and app.

제3조 약관의 효력 및 변경 (Effectiveness and Changes)

1. 본 약관은 사이트에 게시함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
2. 운영자는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.

제5조 앱의 성격 및 사용 환경 (Nature of the App and Usage Environment)

1. OCR HTTP server 앱은 macOS 환경에서 OCR 기능 및 HTTP 서버 기능을 제공하기 위한 애플리케이션입니다.
2. 앱의 정상적인 동작 여부는 이용자의 macOS 버전, 기기 사양, 네트워크 환경, 보안 설정, 권한 설정, 외부 프로그램 또는 시스템 상태에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
3. 이용자는 앱 사용 전 본인의 사용 목적, 시스템 환경 및 보안 요구사항에 적합한지 직접 확인해야 합니다.
4. 앱은 특정 업무 결과, OCR 인식률, 서버 안정성, 외부 시스템과의 연동 성공을 절대적으로 보장하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자는 앱을 이용해 처리하는 이미지, 문서, 텍스트, 요청 데이터에 개인정보 또는 민감정보가 포함될 수 있음을 인지하고, 관련 법령 및 내부 보안 정책에 따라 적절히 관리해야 합니다.

1. The OCR HTTP server app is an application that provides OCR and HTTP server functions in a macOS environment.
2. Proper operation of the app may vary depending on the user's macOS version, device specifications, network environment, security settings, permission settings, external programs, or system status.
3. Before using the app, users must determine whether it is suitable for their intended purpose, system environment, and security requirements.
4. The app does not absolutely guarantee specific business outcomes, OCR recognition accuracy, server stability, or successful integration with external systems.
5. Users acknowledge that images, documents, text, and request data processed through the app may include personal or sensitive information, and users must manage such information according to applicable laws and internal security policies.

제6조 이용자의 의무 (User Obligations)

이용자는 사이트 및 앱을 이용함에 있어 다음 각 호의 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the website or app.

1. 관련 법령 또는 본 약관을 위반하는 행위
2. 타인의 권리, 개인정보, 영업비밀, 저작권 등을 침해하는 행위
3. 앱을 불법적인 목적 또는 승인받지 않은 시스템 접근에 사용하는 행위
4. 사이트 또는 앱의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
5. 악성코드 배포, 비정상적인 트래픽 발생, 서버 공격, 크롤링 남용 등 서비스 안정성을 해치는 행위
6. 앱을 무단 복제, 배포, 판매, 대여, 역설계, 디컴파일, 리버스엔지니어링하는 행위
7. 운영자의 사전 동의 없이 앱 또는 서비스의 일부를 제3자에게 재배포하거나 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
8. 기타 운영자가 부적절하다고 판단하는 행위

1. Violating applicable laws or these Terms
2. Infringing another person's rights, personal information, trade secrets, copyrights, or similar interests
3. Using the app for illegal purposes or unauthorized system access
4. Interfering with normal operation of the website or app
5. Harming service stability through malware distribution, abnormal traffic, server attacks, excessive crawling, or similar acts
6. Copying, distributing, selling, renting, reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise reverse engineering the app without authorization
7. Redistributing or commercially using any part of the app or service to a third party without prior consent from the operator
8. Any other act deemed inappropriate by the operator

제7조 라이선스 및 사용권 (License and Right of Use)

1. 앱은 운영자가 정한 조건에 따라 이용자에게 제한적, 비독점적, 양도불가능한 사용권이 부여됩니다.
2. 앱에 대한 저작권, 소유권, 지식재산권은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
3. 이용자는 본 약관 및 별도 라이선스 조건에서 허용된 범위 내에서만 앱을 사용할 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자는 앱을 무단으로 복제, 수정, 배포, 판매, 대여, 양도하거나 앱의 소스코드, 구조, 알고리즘을 분석하기 위한 역설계, 디컴파일, 디스어셈블 등의 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

1. The app is licensed to users under the conditions set by the operator as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.
2. Copyrights, ownership, and intellectual property rights in the app belong to the operator or lawful rights holders.
3. Users may use the app only within the scope permitted by these Terms and any separate license conditions.
4. Users must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, transfer, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze the source code, structure, or algorithms of the app without authorization.

제8조 오픈소스 및 제3자 구성요소 (Open Source and Third-Party Components)

1. 앱은 기능 제공을 위해 오픈소스 소프트웨어 또는 제3자 구성요소를 포함할 수 있습니다.
2. 오픈소스 소프트웨어가 포함된 경우, 해당 소프트웨어는 각 오픈소스 라이선스 조건에 따릅니다.
3. 운영자는 필요한 경우 사이트 또는 앱 내 별도 고지 페이지를 통해 오픈소스 라이선스 정보를 제공합니다.
4. 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 사용 조건은 본 약관보다 해당 오픈소스 라이선스가 우선 적용될 수 있습니다.

1. The app may include open source software or third-party components to provide certain features.
2. If open source software is included, that software is provided under its respective open source license terms.
3. The operator may provide open source license information through a separate notice page on the website or within the app when necessary.
4. The license terms of the applicable open source software may take precedence over these Terms with respect to that software.

제9조 업데이트 및 서비스 변경 (Updates and Service Changes)

1. 운영자는 기능 개선, 오류 수정, 보안 강화, 운영상 필요에 따라 앱 또는 사이트의 내용을 변경하거나 업데이트할 수 있습니다.
2. 업데이트는 이용자의 사용 환경에 따라 자동 또는 수동으로 제공될 수 있습니다.
3. 운영자는 기술적, 운영상 필요가 있는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
4. 서비스 변경 또는 중단이 이용자에게 중대한 영향을 미치는 경우, 운영자는 가능한 범위 내에서 사전에 공지합니다.

1. The operator may change or update the app or website for feature improvements, bug fixes, security enhancements, or operational needs.
2. Updates may be provided automatically or manually depending on the user's environment.
3. The operator may suspend or change all or part of the service for technical or operational reasons.
4. If a service change or suspension materially affects users, the operator will provide prior notice to the extent reasonably possible.

제10조 개인정보의 처리 (Processing of Personal Information)

1. 운영자는 사이트 및 서비스 운영 과정에서 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 수집되는 개인정보의 항목, 이용 목적, 보유기간, 제3자 제공 여부, 처리위탁 여부 등은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
3. 이용자가 문의 이메일을 보내는 경우 이메일 주소, 이름 또는 닉네임, 문의 내용, 첨부파일, 오류 정보 등이 처리될 수 있습니다.
4. 앱의 기능 특성상 이용자가 직접 처리하는 이미지, 문서, 텍스트, OCR 결과에는 개인정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 이용자는 해당 정보를 직접 관리해야 하며, 운영자는 이용자의 로컬 환경 또는 이용자가 직접 전송한 데이터에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
5. 운영자는 관련 법령에 따라 개인정보를 안전하게 관리하기 위해 합리적인 보호조치를 취합니다.

1. The operator may collect and use the minimum personal information necessary to operate the website and service.
2. The categories of personal information collected, purposes of use, retention periods, third-party disclosure, and processing delegation are governed by a separate Privacy Policy.
3. When a user sends an inquiry email, the email address, name or nickname, inquiry content, attachments, error information, and related data may be processed.
4. Due to the nature of the app, images, documents, text, and OCR results processed directly by users may include personal information. Users are responsible for managing such information, and the operator is not responsible for the user's local environment or data directly transmitted by the user.
5. The operator takes reasonable protective measures to safely manage personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

제11조 쿠키의 사용 (Use of Cookies)

1. 사이트는 이용자의 편의 제공, 접속 통계 분석, 보안, 서비스 개선 등을 위해 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다.
2. 쿠키란 웹사이트가 이용자의 브라우저에 저장하는 작은 정보 파일을 말합니다.

제12조 외부 서비스 및 링크 (External Services and Links)

1. 사이트는 앱 다운로드, 문의, 문서 제공, 오픈소스 라이선스 확인 등을 위해 외부 웹사이트 또는 제3자 서비스를 연결할 수 있습니다.
2. 외부 사이트 또는 제3자 서비스의 이용은 해당 서비스의 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
3. 운영자는 이용자가 외부 사이트 또는 제3자 서비스를 이용함으로써 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 단, 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우는 제외합니다.

2. Use of external websites or third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those services.

제13조 서비스 이용 제한 (Restrictions on Service Use)

운영자는 이용자가 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 사이트 또는 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 기술지원을 거부할 수 있습니다.

The operator may restrict use of the website or service, or refuse technical support, if a user falls under any of the following cases.

1. 본 약관을 위반한 경우
2. 불법적인 목적으로 앱 또는 사이트를 이용한 경우
3. 운영자 또는 제3자의 권리를 침해한 경우
4. 비정상적인 요청, 과도한 트래픽, 보안 위협을 발생시킨 경우
5. 기타 서비스 운영상 필요하다고 판단되는 경우

3. Infringing the rights of the operator or a third party
4. Generating abnormal requests, excessive traffic, or security threats
5. Other cases deemed necessary for service operation

제14조 면책사항 (Disclaimer)

1. 운영자는 천재지변, 네트워크 장애, 시스템 장애, 외부 서비스 장애, 이용자 환경 문제 등 운영자의 합리적인 통제 범위를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 운영자는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애 또는 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 운영자는 앱의 OCR 인식 결과가 항상 정확하거나 완전하다고 보장하지 않습니다.
4. 이용자는 OCR 결과를 업무, 계약, 법률, 회계, 의료, 금융 등 중요한 판단에 활용하기 전에 직접 검토해야 합니다.
5. 운영자는 이용자가 앱을 이용하여 처리한 이미지, 문서, 텍스트, 서버 요청, 외부 전송 내용에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 운영자는 무료로 제공되는 서비스 또는 시험판 기능에 대해 관련 법령상 허용되는 범위 내에서 별도의 보증을 제공하지 않습니다.
7. 앱의 HTTP 서버 기능 사용으로 인해 발생하는 네트워크 노출, 방화벽 설정, 외부 접근, 보안 사고 등에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 앱을 신뢰할 수 있는 환경에서 사용하고, 필요한 경우 접근 제한, 방화벽, 인증, 네트워크 차단 등의 보안 조치를 직접 설정해야 합니다.

1. The operator is not responsible for damages caused by events outside the operator's reasonable control, such as natural disasters, network failures, system failures, external service failures, or user environment issues.
2. The operator is not responsible for service interruptions or damages caused by reasons attributable to the user.
3. The operator does not guarantee that OCR recognition results from the app will always be accurate or complete.
4. Users must directly review OCR results before using them for important decisions in business, contracts, law, accounting, healthcare, finance, or similar fields.
5. The operator is not responsible for images, documents, text, server requests, or external transmissions processed by users through the app.
6. The operator provides no separate warranties for free services or trial features to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
7. Users are responsible for network exposure, firewall settings, external access, security incidents, and similar matters arising from use of the app's HTTP server function. Users must use the app in a trusted environment and configure access restrictions, firewalls, authentication, network blocking, or other security measures when necessary.

제15조 손해배상 (Damages)

1. 이용자가 본 약관 또는 관련 법령을 위반하여 운영자에게 손해를 입힌 경우, 이용자는 그 손해를 배상해야 합니다.
2. 운영자의 책임이 인정되는 경우에도, 운영자의 손해배상 책임은 관련 법령상 허용되는 범위 내에서 제한됩니다. 단, 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 있는 경우에는 법령에 따릅니다.

1. If a user causes damage to the operator by violating these Terms or applicable laws, the user must compensate the operator for such damage.
2. Even if the operator's liability is recognized, the operator's liability for damages is limited to the extent permitted by applicable laws. However, if the operator acts intentionally or with gross negligence, applicable laws apply.

제16조 지식재산권 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. 사이트 및 앱에 포함된 텍스트, 이미지, 로고, 아이콘, 프로그램, 디자인, 문서, 매뉴얼, 소스코드, 상표 등에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
2. 이용자는 운영자의 사전 동의 없이 이를 복제, 배포, 전송, 전시, 판매, 수정, 2차 저작물 작성 등의 방식으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

1. Rights in text, images, logos, icons, programs, designs, documents, manuals, source code, trademarks, and other materials included in the website and app belong to the operator or lawful rights holders.
2. Users may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use such materials without prior consent from the operator.

제17조 문의 및 통지 (Inquiries and Notices)

3. 이용자가 제공한 연락처가 부정확하거나 변경되었음에도 이를 알리지 않아 발생한 불이익에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제18조 준거법 및 관할 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. 본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
2. 사이트 및 앱 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 운영자와 이용자는 성실히 협의하여 해결합니다.
3. 협의로 해결되지 않는 분쟁에 대해서는 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1. These Terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. If a dispute arises in relation to use of the website or app, the operator and user will resolve it through good-faith consultation.
3. For disputes not resolved through consultation, the competent court under applicable laws will be the court of first instance.

부칙 (Supplementary Provisions)

본 약관은 2026년 6월 6일부터 시행합니다.
